Setting Up the Scanner
• Download Epson FastFoto software (Epson.com/Support/sl/s) to your device to use this scanner.
• At the product name prompt, enter FF-680W.
• Connect the scanner to your device.
Scanning photos
Pro Tip: Organize your photos first!
• The software will allow you to save scans into separate folders and name scans based on subject.
• Traditional printed photos work well; Polaroid instant photos are more challenging. If you are scanning Polaroids, adjust the settings in the FastFoto software.
Jams
If a photo jams the machine, remove the jam, exit out and start another session:
• Remove the jam and remove all to-be-scanned items from the feeding tray.
• Select “Continue”.
• Select “Cancel” and save any pictures already scanned.
• Reload the unscanned photos and select “Scan” to start another session.
Pro Tip
It is always recommended to save digitized photos in several spots – your device, external drive, Google Photos, iCloud, etc.
